DO I NEED A REPAIR?

I have a water stain on my ceiling/wall, how do I know if I still have a leak?

How can I tell if I have termite damage?

The easiest way is to take a pencil and trace the outline of the stain. Over time, if the leak is still present, the stain will expand outside of the line you drew. If it never expands, then the leak is likely over and the stain can be fixed.

If you notice your paint starting to have a curdled look in spots or the drywall or wood is soft to the touch, especially where water may be present, you may have had or do have an infestation. This is when a termite bond comes in handy!
